WordCamps don’t happen without the generous help of the WordPress community. We need 7 or 8 volunteers. Why volunteer? Well, you’ll get a free ticket to the event, an invite to the speaker/sponsor dinner, our gratitude, and the adoration of other camp-goers.

Hi, I volunteered a few years back while it was held at UCI. It was a great event, a big turnout, lots of interesting speakers, and a fun party at Balboa Island afterwards. Many years in developing web technologies, I work in Costa Mesa, and look forward to volunteering again this year, and updating my knowledge with the latest and greatest WordPress.

Volunteers have been picked. Thanks for your enthusiasm. WordCamp Orange County tickets go on sale April 15th. You can sign up for the mailing list in the footer of the site and get updates on the ticket sales.
