As a software engineer, Ben helped build the BBC News Website. He also rolled out the BBC\u2019s blogging platform (sadly not WordPress) and its developer platform.<\/p>\n<p>Since moving State-side in 2006, Ben has worked as a technologist and strategist \u2013 launching the MySpace Platform and advising numerous startups in his portfolio \u2013 including Apture (acquired by Google) and NutShell Mail (acquired by Constant Contact).
