Registration starts at 8 AM at The Cove at UC Irvine, 5141 California Ave, Irvine CA. Talks begin at 9 AM Saturday and at 10 AM on Sunday.

Growing your business is about building trust, and your voice is an important tool to accomplish this. Where writing a blog post may not come easy to everyone, speaking is very natural. Adam Silver of Kitchen Sink WP wants to show you how podcasting is growing (once again) and that it’s not so hard to do. In his WCOC session, he’ll show you a workflow, best practices, and ways to monetize.

Adam teaches a WordPress 101 course at his local adult school, presents a monthly WordPress seminar at SBDC, runs the South Bay WordPress Meetup and produces a weekly podcast at kitchensinkwp.com. In his spare time, he hangs out with his wickedly cool 3 kids & wife, and makes some really bad puns, since someone has to.

Our karaoke afterparty is always legendary, so add as many Snaps to your Story as you like – the WCOC geofilter will work at our party venue too.

There will be a small batch of tickets released tomorrow (Saturday) at noon. If you’ve been looking for a ticket, tomorrow may be the last chance you have without buying one from someone who can’t attend.
If you’re a ticket holder, June 30th is the last day to refund your tickets. After June 30th, you’ll have to sell your ticket to someone else outside of our website.

Please check back for tickets throughout May and June. We often get returns from folks whose plans change. In addition, we may have some reservations that go unclaimed. These will be released as soon as they can be.
The time has arrived! Mark your calendars for May 17, 2016 at noon Pacific time for the official start of ticket sales for WordCamp Orange County.
Be ready to go right when they go on sale – in previous years, tickets have sold out within just a few hours. If you need to get the purchase approved by someone in advance, they’ll be $40 for the whole weekend. We do not sell single-day tickets.
We’ve received all the speaker applications, and we’re reviewing them now. WordCamp will take place at The Cove at UC Irvine, a beautiful, modern space dedicated to the incubation of great ideas in business and technology.
This is shaping up to be one of the best years yet of WCOC. See you there!

One of the many things we’re looking forward to sharing with you is this year’s edition of Plugin-A-Palooza, our camp’s plugin creation contest featuring fabulous prizes furnished by Sucuri Security. We’ve had fun reviewing all the submissions, and we will be announcing the participants very soon.
